What forms of payment
do you accept?
We accept personal checks, cashier's checks, or money orders.
You may also pay by credit card via PayPal.
How
do I place an order and how long does it take to arrive?
Fill out our contact form or email us at info@sweetstitchesdesigns.com
if you wish to place an order. Most orders will be shipped within
7 to 10 business days from the time your check clears or we receive
payment via PayPal.
What
is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied and make every attempt
at working with you to design your bags to your liking. If, however,
you are not satisfied, you may return the bag for a full refund
minus shipping expenses within 15 days after receiving it, as
long as it is in like-new condition. Custom items are non-returnable,
however.
I
like some of the bags you pictured, but want it in a different
size or color or want it with or without trim.
Please contact us. In most cases, we can custom-make
a bag in just about any size you want or alter the trim to fit
your tastes. Due to the limited availability of some fabrics,
however, we may not be able to make it in a different color, but
we will be happy to offer some other alternatives.
